TERMS & CONDITIONS

ATTENDANCE

Attendance is crucial for your success in this program. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled virtual and in-person sessions. The course content is delivered sequentially, and missing sessions may impact your ability to fully understand and apply the material. If you are unable to attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us as soon as possible. While recordings of virtual sessions may be made available in certain cases, it is your responsibility to catch up on any missed content. Please note that attendance for the in-person intensive weekend is mandatory and non-negotiable, as this is a key component of the program.

ACCOMODATIONS

We aim to make this program as inclusive and accessible as possible. If you require any accommodations to support your learning, participation, or physical needs, please let us know in advance so we can work with you to create a plan. Whether it’s additional support for accessing course materials, adapting exercises, or addressing any other concerns, our goal is to ensure that every participant feels supported and empowered throughout the program.

PROGRAM INVESTMENT

The total cost of the Pilates Teacher Training Mat Comprehensive Course is $2400 if paid upfront. However, the cost may vary depending on your payment plan or if you registered during an "Early Bird Special." For those opting for a payment plan, details will be provided upon registration. This fee includes access to the online course library (with lifetime access), your printed course manual, all virtual and in-person sessions, and the equipment provided during the in-person intensive weekend.

REFUND POLICY

If you choose to withdraw from the program, $1500 of the course cost is non-refundable to account for the cost of your course manual and lifetime access to the online program, which are granted upon registration. Once the course begins (starting with Meeting 1), no refunds will be issued, but we do offer postponement towards future course dates if you are unable to complete the program. We hope you can understand and respect these policies, which allow us to maintain the quality and integrity of the program while ensuring fairness to all participants. If you have any questions please email us at hello@pillar-pilates.ca.
