Cancellation and Refund Policy for Mat Pilates Teacher Training Certification Program

This document outlines the cancellation and refund policy for the Mat Pilates Teacher Training Certification Program (the "Program") provided by Pillar Pilates Inc. By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.

  1. If you choose to withdraw from the program, $1500 of the course cost is non-refundable to account for the cost of your course manual and lifetime access to the online program which is granted immediately upon enrolment.

  2. Refund Eligibility Prior to First Live Meeting
     Partial Refunds will be issued only if the cancellation request is received before the first live Zoom meeting ("Cut-Off Date") of the Program. The Cut-Off Date is defined as the date of the first live Zoom meeting, regardless of whether you attend or not.

  3. No Refunds After First Live Meeting
     Once the first live Zoom meeting has taken place, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies whether you attended the live session or not.

  4. Raincheck Option
     If you are unable to continue participation in the Program after the first live Zoom meeting, you may request to defer your enrolment to a future session of the Program. The deferral must occur within 2 calendar years of your initial enrollment date. No additional charges will be made for the deferred session; however, this option is subject to availability and approval from Pillar Pilates Inc.

  5. Non-Participation or Failure to Complete Practical Assignments
     If you fail to attend the required live sessions, do not participate in the Program, or do not successfully complete the practical assignments, you may not receive your certification. In such cases, no refund will be issued, and you will be required to meet the Program's participation and completion requirements to be eligible for certification.

  6. Cancellation Requests
     Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@pillar-pilates.ca. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of your cancellation request.

By enrolling in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
