Class Types

GROUND

Beginner - Ground introduces a full-body flow while solidifying the foundations of the Pilates practice. It’s an ideal starting point for newcomers and anyone looking to reinforce core alignment, breath, and foundational movements. If you’re building confidence in basic techniques and want a steady, approachable pace, this is the class for you.

ALIGN

Intermediate - Align builds on the foundational work from Ground by adding mindful resistance and greater control to movement. You’ll develop stronger stability and core engagement while exploring more dynamic sequences and longer holds. If you’ve mastered the basics and want to elevate your strength and mobility, choose Align.

ASCEND

Advanced - Ascend offers a challenging, refined practice for experienced movers ready to push precision, balance, and tempo. Expect advanced sequences, loaded variations, and tighter movement quality as you fine-tune your technique under increased demand. If you’re seeking peak performance and deeper motor control, Ascend is your next step.

INTERN
