  • Any participant engaging in harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will be immediately removed from the course with no monetary compensation.

  • The Course Provider reserves the right to determine what constitutes harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior and to take action at its discretion.

2. Respect for Course Content and Intellectual Property

Respect for the intellectual property and course content is essential to maintaining the integrity of the Program. Participants agree to the following:

  • Filming, voice recording, or taking photos during any live or recorded sessions is not permitted unless prior written consent has been granted by the course instructors.

  • Participants will use the course materials solely for their personal learning and professional teaching and will not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

3. Violations of Policies and Consequences

Any breach of the above policies, including but not limited to harassment or misuse of course content, may result in:

  • Immediate removal from the Program, without a refund of any fees or monetary compensation.

  • Potential legal action, if necessary, to protect the intellectual property and integrity of the course content or to address any harm caused by violations.

4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in the Program, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The Participant understands that Pilates, like any physical activity, carries inherent risks of injury.

  • The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Program, including but not limited to personal injury, accidents, or any other harm that may arise during course activities.

  • The Course Provider and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained by the Participant during the Program.

  • The Participant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Course Provider, its employees, instructors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, or expenses resulting from participation in the Program.

5. Medical Considerations

  • The Participant acknowledges that Pilates, as a physical practice, may require physical exertion and movement that could be strenuous.

  • The Participant agrees to consult with a physician or healthcare provider prior to engaging in the Program if they have any pre-existing medical conditions, physical injuries, or concerns that may affect their ability to safely participate.

  • The Participant is responsible for ensuring that they are medically cleared for participation in the Program. The Course Provider and instructors are not responsible for any medical complications or injuries that may arise from participation.
