Mat Pilates Certification In-Person Intensive Weekend

The in-person intensive weekend will take place at Flow Physio + Wellness, where all necessary equipment, including mats, Pilates balls, sliders, dumbbells, bolsters, loop bands and therabands, will be provided.

The studio is equipped with two accessible washrooms and a water refill tap to keep you comfortable throughout the day.
