Danielle Ufniak - MScPT, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, Pilates Therapist

Danielle Ufniak has always recognized the transformative power of movement as a tool for well-being. With an undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation and a Master’s in Physical Therapy, she has rooted her practice in the principles of Pilates, particularly in the realms of women's health and athletic rehabilitation. As a Registered Physiotherapist and Pelvic Health Specialist, Danielle utilizes movement as a therapeutic intervention, helping her clients heal and thrive.

Her personal journey with Pilates took center stage after the birth of her daughter, where she discovered how Pilates could not only aid in recovery but also enhance her strength and overall well-being. This experience deepened her appreciation for Pilates as a vital component of physical health and longevity. As the owner of Flow Physio + Wellness, a multidisciplinary clinic in Bowmanville, Ontario, Danielle is dedicated to integrating her extensive training in pelvic health therapy, prenatal and postnatal rehabilitation, and Pilates into her teaching.

Danielle is passionate about sharing her insights with her Mat Pilates students, focusing on anatomical considerations, special population modifications, and building successful Pilates businesses. She believes in the power of movement for healing and is excited to certify future instructors who will inspire their own clients with knowledge and guidance in their classes.

Ashley Endicott - Registered Kinesiologist, Pilates Therapist, CSEP-CPT

Ashley Endicott has always believed in the transformative power of movement as a pathway to confidence and well-being. Holding an Honors degree in Clinical Kinesiology from Western University, along with a minor in Rehabilitation Science, Ashley’s journey into the movement space began as a competitive athlete. Her fascination with biomechanics and rehabilitation fuels her passion for making movement accessible to everyone.

Currently working in the rehabilitation sector, Ashley is committed to helping clients navigate their movement journeys. As a certified personal trainer and Pilates therapist, she emphasizes the importance of teaching others how to move confidently and safely. Her philosophy revolves around the idea that everyone deserves to engage with their bodies and experience the joy of physical activity.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends at the cottage, hiking with her puppy, and being an active member of the Clarington Run Club. These personal interests reinforce her belief in the significance of an active lifestyle and community engagement. Ashley is eager to mentor aspiring instructors, sharing her passion for movement and helping individuals of all backgrounds build a strong foundation for a healthy, fulfilling life.
