Mat Pilates Teacher Training Certification

Program Outline

Our Pilates Teacher Training Mat Comprehensive Course is designed as a hybrid program to provide you with a flexible yet immersive learning experience. The course combines the convenience of online learning with the depth and hands-on experience of in-person training.

Throughout the program, you will have unlimited/lifetime access to our online library, which houses a comprehensive collection of anatomy videos and exercise repertoire demonstrations. These resources are designed to deepen your understanding of Pilates principles, movement mechanics, and teaching techniques. The best part? You’ll have lifetime access to this library, allowing you to revisit and refine your knowledge long after the course is complete.

Over the span of the program, we will meet for a total of five weekends- four weekends of 3-hour sessions via ZOOM, where we will dive into lectures, discussions, and demonstrations to build your foundational knowledge of Pilates principles, anatomy, and teaching techniques. Following this, we will come together for 1 intensive in-person weekend with two full 8-hour days (Saturday and Sunday). These in-person sessions will focus on hands-on practice, refining your teaching skills, and applying what you’ve learned in a collaborative and supportive environment.

This hybrid format, combined with the lifetime access to our online library, ensures that you have the flexibility to learn online while still receiving the invaluable experience of in-person mentorship and practice. We are confident this structure will help you feel prepared, supported, and ready to step into your role as a Pilates instructor!
