Physio-Led Anatomy: Teaching Beyond Memorization
Our anatomy training isn’t just about memorizing terms—it’s about understanding how movement truly works. Led by physiotherapists and kinesiologists, this section delves into how the body functions, how to modify for different populations (e.g., postpartum, older adults, those recovering from injuries), and how anatomy informs cueing and effective class planning.
You'll learn to assess movement, plan classes that support rehabilitation and strength, and speak to anatomy in an intuitive, accessible way that builds trust and connection with your clients.
Inclusive, Science-Driven, Community-Powered
This program is co-created by Danielle Ufniak and Ashley Endicott—both registered physiotherapists, kinesiologists, and Pilates instructors—infusing the coursework with movement science, rehabilitative insight, and holistic wellness.
From the flexibility of hybrid programming to the inclusive emphasis on diverse learning styles and special populations, our approach embodies accessibility and lasting impact.
